*MASTER CLASS IN SCHOOL BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATION: MY IMPRESSION*

When call for participants at this year's EIN Educational Services Nigeria program for School Administrators/Owners was made, my wife insisted that I should attend. I have never attended any of EIN's program.

I eventually agreed to attend, more so when it was on *"School Business and Administration".*

At MOLEK Schools, Ofatedo-Osogbo, I am a co-proprietor (with my wife) and Director of Administration.

*(I wish to mention that my wife has attended many of the EIN programs in Nigeria, taking along the Heads of the Nursery, Primary and Secondary Sections of MOLEK Schools with her in most cases).*

My impression about the program is briefly described below.

1. The presentation of all the papers, without exception, was fantastic with practical illustrations. 

2. Despite the fact that only Dr Adebare Egunjobi presented all the papers, there were no boring moments throughout.

3. The interactive sessions presented a rare opportunity of sharing experiences with other school Owners and Administrators across the country. It was very rewarding.

4. The "bonus" session on SECURITY was a masterpiece on its own, and a very good eye-opener to school Owners and Administrators. I recommend it to be a regular part of future programs.

5. In the end, the program made me to be aware of what I didn't know before and many other things I have always taken for granted.

6. *In summary, the program was, indeed, a MASTER CLASS in School Business and Administration.*

 

7. This impression will not be complete without mentioning the role of the Support Staff. They performed efficiently, diligently, professionally, and in a very friendly manner.
